Fr. Thaddeus J. Kardas
A woman sued in 1993 alleging that when she was age 11 Kardas referred to her as his girlfriend, kissed her in the rectory, and often attempted to caress her. The behavior allegedly occurred for a year. He was in his mid-twenties. The suit was settled in 1995 for $55K. Another women had complained about Kardas prior to the 1993 allegation. Placed on leave in 1993. Remained on leave until his death in 8/2006.
