Monsignor. From Ireland, where he was ordained for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Pastor of Our Lady of the Valley in Canoga Park 1943-1976. Died in 1995. Named in a civil suit filed in 12/2003. Accused of abuse in 1949, while assigned to Our Lady of the Valley.
