Bishop Timothy J. Harrington
Accused in a 3/29/2005 lawsuit of sexually abusing a boy, ages 11-15, three times. The abuse allegedly consisted of genital fondling, anal penetration, and oral copulation. The diocese examined diocesan records and stated that it “found no basis of credibility to the claims.” Retired in 1994. Died in 1997. Claim NOT included in 11/08 $4.5M settlement with Diocese.
