Fr. David I. Hagan
Worked at Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, VA in the Richmond diocese 1967-71. Assigned to Sacred Heart College in Belmont, NC in the Charlotte diocese as chaplain and theology teacher 1971-78. Transferred to his order’s Philadelphia Innder City House, where he appears to have remained until his death 5/1/05. Accused in 6/06 RICO class action civil suit of abusing two brothers for three years, beginning in 1977 or 1978, early in his Inner City House ministry in North Philadelphia. RICO suit dismissed 11/06 on grounds that RICO’s standard of injury to business or property had not been met. Appeal rejected by 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals 11/07.
