Ordained for the Diocese of Owensboro KY. Worked in the Oakland diocese 12/1997 until 4/1999, when he was arrested for sending sexually explicit messages and pornography to a 14-year-old boy in an internet chatroom. Pleaded guilty in 7/1999 to two counts of oral copulation and one charge of attempting to send harmful material to a minor. Sentenced to two years in prison. Included on the Oakland Diocese’s list of credibly accused 2/17/2019. On the Owensboro Diocese’s list 4/12/2019.
