Br. Martin Fenerty
Per Fenerty’s personnel file, a woman made a complaint of abuse against Br. Fenerty in 4/02. No date of abuse was stated and no litigation was filed. The woman alleged that Fenerty molested her on several occasions when she was ages 5 1/2 -12. The abuse allegedly occurred in Santa Fe where Fenerty was a teacher. Fenerty denied abuse but said there was an occasional hug. He was placed on leave and then “retired.” Reportedly remained active in 2007,
