One of 21 priests placed on leave 3/7/11 after allegations involving minors. Was living at Ascension of Our Lord in Philadelphia when removed. Archdiocese said in 5/12 that allegations were unsubstantiated; found suitable to return to ministry. New allegation received in 5/12 of abuse 30 years prior. Again placed on leave in 9/12. Found by review board in 12/13 to be unsuitable for ministry. Permanently barred.
