Fr. Thomas P. Casper
Parish priest; Army chaplain 1960-1962; Superintendent of Catholic Schools 1967-1974. Accused in a 6/2002 lawsuit of forcing a boy, age 10-11, to perform oral sex in 1964-1965 in the cathedral rectory. Accused in a 4/2003 suit of abusing a youth at Christ the King Church around 1955-1956. Died 11/4/1991. Included on the archdiocese’s list of accused in 2019 (name spelled Caspar).
