Fr. Frederick A. Carrigan
Removed from ministry in 1989 for inappropriate behavior with an adult. First accused if abuse of a minor in 1991 after allegation dating back to 1972. Removed from all ministry in 2002. Bishop recommended laicization. After a church trial in fall, 2008, Vatican announced in 5/09 that Carrigan should live a life of prayer and penance.
