Fr. David L. Blizard
Left active priesthood in 1988. By 2002 several people had accused him of abuse. A 7/2002 civil suit alleged that Blizard abused a boy in 1978-1980 as part of a child sex ring that operated out of the former House of Affirmation. Arrested in 8/2003 on a charge of indecent assault and battery on a person over age 14, in 1988. Found not guilty by court In 8/2004. Involuntary laicization granted in 2012 announced 3/5/2013.
