Fr. Jules Belleau
Named publicly as accused by the diocese on its list 1/2/2020. Allegations substantiated. Per a 1975 St. Francis Xavier in Anamoose ND parish history, Belleau arrived there in 1947, resigned in 1956 due to ‘ill health,’ and retired to Montreal. He died in 1973.
