Fr. Henry S. Banach
Allegedly abused a boy age 12 or 13 in 1976 and 1977 while assigned to St. Hedwig in Southbridge. Two brothers filed suit in 2002. Another man joined the suit in 10/2002. A fourth man later came forward with similar allegations. One case settled out of court in 5/2005 and was dismissed. A second was set for trial in 10/2006.
