Fr. Felipe Baldonado
Named publicly as accused by the Santa Barbara Province Franciscans on its list 5/31/2019. Allegation received in 2003 of abuse in 1959. Included on the Las Cruces diocese’s list 6/24/2019, where he worked at Holy Cross Retreat Center in 1969. Died in 2003. Added to Stockton list in 11/2020, where he had faculties 1953-1964 as a mission preacher.
