SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) — In San Jose, closing arguments are expected today in the case of a man accused of beating a priest who he says molested him as a child.

William Lynch took the stand in his own defense on Friday, telling jurors that Father Jerold Lindner sexually assaulted him and his younger brother in 1974. Lynch says that in May 2010, he tried to force Linder to sign a piece of paper confessing to the molestation. Lynch admits he ended up beating Linder.
