FORT WORTH, Texas -- The leader of the Agape Christian Fellowship Church in Arlington spent a brief moment out of the Tarrant County Jail Friday morning before he was rearrested after allegedly leaving without permission.
Bishop Terry Hornbuckle posted a $3.62 million bond Friday and minutes later was rearrested on a violation of bond condition for leaving the probation department prior to a debriefing and without installing an electronic monitor.
He left and returned, and the judge wasn't aware that he had returned until after his bond was revoked.
Hornbuckle was originally arrested after he failed a drug test and posted bail Thursday.
Hornbuckle told NBC 5 Friday morning that he is anxious to get home to his children.
