	Diocese, Plaintiff Settlesexual Abuse Lawsuit Dallas Morning News August 26, 1997 TUCSON, Ariz. - The Roman Catholic Diocese of Tucson and a priest have reached an out-of-court settlement with a man who says he was sexually abused as a teen, the priest's attorney said. Monsignor Walter Frederick Rosensweig admits no wrongdoing under the settlement, said attorney Joe Machado, who declined to reveal the terms. "We were very pleased with the outcome. The monsignor was very pleased," Mr. Machado said. The plaintiff sued in March 1996, alleging that Monsignor Rosensweig sexually abused him on at least two occasions in Nogales in 1981.
