	Former Seminarian Sentenced for Abuse Baltimore Sun August 5, 1995 TOWSON — Brian Keith Olkowski, a 23-year-old former Roman Catholic seminary student, was sentenced yesterday to a year in the Baltimore County Detention Center for his guilty plea to child abuse and a fourth-degree sexual offense against an Essex teen-ager. Baltimore County Circuit Judge J. William Hinkel imposed a five-year sentence, with all but one year suspended, and ordered Olkowski to get counseling and perform 500 hours of community service. He will be on probation for five years after his release from jail. According to court documents, Olkowski gave beer to a 14-year-old boy, then molested him in the victim's Essex home on Nov. 26. Relatives and friends of Olkowski testified yesterday to his good deeds, gentleness and kindness, but the victim's mother told Judge Hinkel she could not forgive Olkowski for abusing her son.
