	Ex-Priest Sentenced for Sexually Assaulting Boy Chicago Tribune October 6, 1993 Wausau, Wis. — A former Catholic priest accused of sexually assaulting a teenage boy in a motel pool and taking nude photos of him has been sentenced to a year in jail. David Malsch, 54, formerly of Tomahawk, pleaded no contest Monday to sexually enticing a child. As part of a plea bargain, three other charges were dismissed. A 14-year-old Lincoln County boy with learning disabilities and behavioral problems told police that the priest fondled him in a Wausau motel pool in February 1991, took nude photos of him in a motel room and served him alcohol, court records said.
