	Boys Who Say They Were Molested United Press International May 5, 1987 One of three boys who say they were molested by a Catholic priest at their Santa Fe school has withdrawn from the case. The 15-year-old student of Saint Catherine's Indian School filed documents in district court Monday asking the court to drop one charge against Father Dennis Fountain. Fountain faced 167 counts of sexual molestation, with all but three counts coming from one boy. The boy who withdrew made his decision after refusing to be interviewed by a Canadian psychiatrist hired by the attorneys for Fountain. Defense attorneys have argued that the boys were asked leading questions by the state psychologist and convinced the judge to allow them to hire their own psychologist. Fountain left the school in November after two adult staff members said they witnessed incidents in Fountain's apartment adjoining a boys' dormitory.
