A Vienna pastor has been accused of inappropriate behavior with a minor.

The Diocese of Youngstown is investigating an accusation against Rev. Denis Bouchard, pastor of Queen of the Holy Rosary Parish.

The Diocesan Review Board will determine the allegation's credibility and substantiation.

While it's investigating, Bouchard will be on administrative leave.

Rev. Carlos Casavantes has been appointed administrator of the church in the meantime.

The diocese could not say anything else about the accusation.

Any victims can call Det. Sgt. Delphine Baldwin-Casey, the victim assistance coordinator for the Diocese of Youngstown, at 330-718-1388.

The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (SNAP) said, "church officials are not the proper officials to be investigating child sex crimes." The group hopes victims will come forward and contact law enforcement.
