New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan was quietly deposed last month in the Jane Doe vs. Fr. Joseph Ross and the St. Louis Archdiocese, reports Missouri Lawyers Weekly. Barring a last minute settlement, that case goes to trial on Monday before Judge Jimmie Edwards.
