	Oc Diocese Settles Sex Abuse Lawsuit with Brothers Mercury News August 4, 2011 http://www.mercurynews.com/breaking-news/ci_18617125?nclick_check=1 SANTA ANA, Calif.—The Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange has agreed to pay $200,000 to settle a lawsuit filed by two brothers who claim they were sexually abused by Franciscan priests more than 15 years ago. The Orange County Register (http://bit.ly/rbd9vR) reports Thursday that the diocese denied any wrongdoing as part of the settlement. The 2009 lawsuit accuses Gus Krumm and Alexander Manville of sexual misconduct when they were priests at Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church in Huntington Beach between 1992 and 1994. The case against the Franciscan Friars is set for trial on Sept. 6.
