A Colorado man says an Oklahoma priest sexually assaulted him when he attended school here as a child.
Paul Weber says he reported the accusation to the local Catholic diocese and it didn't take any action. Weber and two others held signs in front of a downtown Tulsa church demanding answers Thursday.
Weber says the assault happened more than thirty years ago and he'd suppressed the incident until recently.
"All I'm trying to do is tell the people of Tulsa what happened," he said. "And I want an investigation. And I want the truth to come out. That's all I want is for the truth to come out."
This priest has been accused of abuse before, but still leads a local parish. The diocese says a review board is investigating Weber's claim.
