	Hornell Priest under Investigation for Improper Conduct By Renata Stiehl Weny May 20, 2010 http://www.weny.com/News-Local.asp?ARTICLE3864=9153747 The Diocese of Rochester is investigating a retired priest from the Southern TIer. The Diocese confirms it's investigating a complaint against Reverend Paul Schnacky, accusing him of improper conduct with minors. The complaint alleges Father Schnacky acted improperty - dating back to the 1970's - while serving as an associate pastor at Saint Philip Neri in Rochester. The reverend, now 81 years old, lives in Hornell. The Diocese is encouraging victims to report cases of possible sexual abuse to authorities.
