	Dismissal Upheld in Crowley Priest Case KATC December 29, 2008 http://www.katc.com/Global/story.asp?S=9589092 A Baton Rouge appeals court has unanimously upheld the dismissal of a sexual abuse case against a former Crowley priest. In March of 2003, a man identified only as "john doe" filed a suit against Rev. Joseph Pellettieri more than 30 years after the alleged incident. According to published reports, the unidentified plaintiff claimed he may have been hypnotized and that he did not recall any incident until february 2002.
