The facts are now supported by civil and criminal public court records. Heinous sex crimes were committed against children and vulnerable adults. Soul murder destroyed thousands of lives. Recently, ongoing media reports reveal broken promises that were made by religious, government and political leaders when the clergy sex abuse crisis erupted in 2002. Does a legal conspiracy exist amongst the politically-connected and the good 'ol boy networks? If so, does a conflict of interest exist? You decide.... recent broken promises... * Former Rep. Mark Foley's inappropriate conduct toward minor children and the announcement that Foley was a victim of clergy sex abuse as a child. (www.google.com search). WHEN WILL FOLEY'S ATTORNEY NAME THE SEXUAL PREDATOR, IN THE INTERESTS OF PROTECTING CHILDREN TODAY? * Mexian immigration officials banned two U.S. lawyers and an activist who filed a civil lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court alleging that Mexican Cardinal Norberto Rivera and Los Angeles Cardinal Roger Mahony conspired to protect the priest ("Mexico bans lawyers, activist behind priest abuse suit", AP Press). WHEN WILL ATTORNEYS FOR THE CARDINALS REMOVE ALL SEXUAL PREDATORS FROM PUBLIC MINISTRY, AS PROMISED, WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS? * The Motion Picture Association of America refuses to issue a rating for the new documentary "Deliver Us From Evil" http://www.deliverusfromevilthemovie.com/index_flash.php, which documents personal stories of two clergy sex abuse victims and their families. Are the politically-connected and good 'ol boy networks encouraging attempts to ban public participation in matters relating to the protections of children? WILL ATTORNEYS FOR MOTION PICTURE ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA UPHOLD THE LAWS RELATING TO ANTI-SLAPP (STRATEGIC LAWSUITS AGAINST PUBLIC PARTICIPATION) OR ABUSE THE JUDICIAL PROCESS? Sex abuse crimes and broken promises cannot continue -- we have a duty to protect! If a legal conspiracy exists amongst the rich, politically-connected and good 'ol boy networks, then those participating in the conspiracy, should be held legally and financially accountability for intentional abuses of our country's laws and intentional failures to protect children. Without justice there will never be peace and without peace, faith and our country's laws are empty. As an amateur writer, my passion for the courage of clergy sex abuse victims has changed my life direction in many ways. We must never forget that our country's freedom of religion does not include sex abuse crimes, cover-ups and failures to report sex abuse to law enforcement.
