Undated A retired Catholic priest accused of molesting two boys on retreats in southern Wisconsin in the late 1960s is in jail for violating terms of his probation.

State corrections spokesman John Dipko says 76-year-old Donald McGuire violated his 20-year probation by failing to complete "offense related" programs. McGuire was arrested last week. He's currently in the Walworth County Jail.

Dipko says the state plans to file probation revocation papers this week.

It's not the first time McGuire was jailed for violating probation. Dipko said today the priest was also arrested August 30th. He was allowed to attend a funeral in Illinois and stay overnight if he notified Evanston police when he arrived. Dipko says he failed to do that and spent three days in the Walworth County Jail.

McGuire was convicted in February of assaulting two Loyola Academy students during retreats to the Lake Geneva resort area. McGuire's two concurrent seven-year prison terms were stayed, pending his appeal. of his conviction.
