Andre Hotchkiss was charged with committing an unnatural offence with a man in Nairobi's downtown Uhuru park in April. "Since the prosecution has offered no evidence against Hotchkiss, I find he has no case to answer and I acquit him," Senior Principal Magistrate Rosemelle Mutoka said.
