	Records Sought in Case Involving Mobile Priest Press-Register [Mobile AL] August 17, 2006 http://www.al.com/news/mobileregister/index.ssf?/base/news/1155806409167170.xml&coll=3 A Santa Fe, N.M., psychiatrist has been ordered to turn over his medical records on a client who claims she was sexually abused as an adult by a Mobile priest. George Greer, who works at the Life Healing Center of Santa Fe, must appear for a Friday deposition in a case brought by Linda Ledet against the Archdiocese of Mobile, according to published reports. "We are aware of it," the Very Rev. Michael L. Farmer, chancellor of the archdiocese, said Wednesday regarding the deposition. According to a published report, F. Grey Redditt, a Mobile lawyer representing the archdiocese, asked for Greer to be subpoenaed because he treated Ledet. Redditt has not returned calls seeking comment. The deposition is requested in a case brought by Ledet against the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Mobile. In the lawsuit, Ledet says the archdiocese broke its 2002 agreement with her to pay for her counseling, to send the Rev. Paul Zoghby for counseling and to put him where he couldn't harm others, according to published reports. Ledet, a former parishioner at St. Mary's Catholic Church, claims that beginning in 1997, Zoghby tried to sexually assault her and threatened to destroy her family if she didn't keep quiet. Ledet says the archdiocese broke its 2002 agreement to pay for her counseling and to send Zoghby to counseling. Zoghby went on a sabbatical. In the fall of 2003 Zoghby was reassigned to St. Margaret Queen of Scotland Catholic Church in Foley. He is the pastor of the church in Foley. The archdiocese previously subpoenaed documents from an Alabama representative of The Linkup, a Kentucky-based group that advocates for victims of sexual abuse.
