	Norfolk County: Sylvestre Civil Suit Includes School Board CD98.9 [Canada] August 5, 2006 http://www.cd989.com/modules/news/article.php?storyid=5899 A civil lawsuit has been launched against the St.Clair Catholic District School Board after a former priest who served in Port Dover at one time pleaded guilty to 47 counts of sexual abuse. Twenty-two of Charles Sylvestre's victims are also suing ten other groups for 88-million dollars in total. Groups named in the lawsuit also include Charles Sylvestre, the Diocese of London and the Sarnia Police force. Sentencing on Sylvestre is scheduled for October.
