Past Haunts 'Perv' Priest

A Queens man is suing a Las Vegas priest for allegedly sexually abusing him 20 years ago.

Philip Franco, 33, alleges that the Rev. Robert Petekiewicz sexually and physically abused him for four years beginning in 1985, when he was 9 years old - assaults he'd repressed until recently, the suit says.

Petekiewicz was assigned to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Las Vegas, which is also named as a defendant in the Queens Supreme Court suit.

Petekiewicz's lawyer and the Diocese of Las Vegas did not return calls.
