	Religious Trainee Charged with Sex Crime Chicago Sun-Times June 9, 1995 A 30-year-old Franciscan brother in training has been charged with fondling three young males at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Cicero, according to the Cook County state's attorney's office. Ruben Soto is charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse for fondling the youths aged 8, 12 and 17 since last summer. Soto told a brother about the incidents; the brother called a Department of Children and Family Services hotline and DCFS alerted prosecutors. Judge Thomas Fitzgerald released Soto on a personal recognizance bond Wednesday. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 21.
