I want to thank all of the victims who came forward and address the terrible sexual abuse crimes committed by members of the Catholic Church.

It took a tremendous amount of courage! These crimes would have continued and been kept hidden and never addressed as they should have been years ago.

I applaud the Telegraph Herald for doing the informative series on this crime against children.

Hopefully, the new rules the Church has put into place will protect our children now and in the future.
