Fr. Mark Maresh
In 2006 Maresh exposed himself to a woman and her children, a boy age 2 and a girl age 4, who were walking near an elementary school. The incident happened when Maresh opened his car door and said something to the woman. He was later arrested and pleaded guilty to public indecency. He was sentenced to 50 hours of community service, 30 days in jail and a $250 fine. After treatment at St. Luke Institute in MD he was returned in 2008 to public ministry. Included in the NE A.G.’s 11/21 report. He remains in active ministry in 1/23.
