Monsignor. Superintendent of Catholic Schools 1975-81. Retired in 2001. Accused in 5/18 by a man in his IRCP application to the diocese of molesting him beginning when he was an 11- or 12-year-old altar boy in the 1980s. Suspended in 7/18. Accused by a woman in 5/19 of molesting her when she was ages 6-11 in the late 1950s.
