Fr. Edouard J. Duval
Name also spelled Eduard. Included in the 3/2003 New Hampshire Attorney General’s Report. Per his personnel file, there were complaints against Duval by parents of inappropriate behavior with boys since at least 1981 (the year he retired). In 2002 a woman alleged that he abused her son between 1979 and 1980 at St. Peter’s in Farmington. Duval died in 1992.
