of the Independent Board of Inquiry Regarding St. Anthony's Seminary. The

but we provide the following identifications, some of them tentative: 1)

of the Franciscans [tentative identification]; 2) Unidentified Franciscan;
3) Mr. Ray Higgins, board member and father of a victim;
4) Mr. Keith Mar, MA, MFCC, board member and therapist;
5) Ms. Kathleen Baggarley-Mar, MA, MFCC, board member and
therapist; 6) Geoffrey B. Stearns, Esq., board chairperson;
7) Very Rev. Joseph P. Chinnici OFM, provincial of the
St. Barbara province; 8) Msgr. John W. Rohde, then Episcopal
Vicar of the Santa Barbara Region of the Los Angeles archdiocese; 9) Rev.
Raymond Bucher OFM, vicar provincial of the St. Barbara province
[tentative identification]; 10) Rev. Warren Rouse OFM,
a definitor of the St. Barbara province [tentative identification]; and
11) Rev. Virgil Cordano OFM, spokesman for Chinnici [tentative
