	Captain a Winner in Fight over Fines Suit against Priest Settled St. Petersburg Times May 6, 1987 TITUSVILLE - A damage suit against a Roman Catholic priest accused of sexually molesting two boys has been settled out of court after a closed-doors mediation hearing. The allegations against Rev. William Authenrieth, a priest at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Rockledge, south of Titusville, were first made to the state attorney's office in 1985, but prosecutors said they didn't have enough evidence to prosecute. Authenrieth later said in court depositions that he had fondled the boys. A civil suit was filed later that year against Authenrieth and Bishop Thomas Grady, head of the Catholic Diocese of Orlando. Terms of the settlement reached at Friday's hearing were not disclosed. Titusville is east of Orlando on the Atlantic Coast.
