Former Guam Priest Again Accused of Prior Molestation

Another child sexual abuse complaint has been filed against the Archdiocese of Agana and the Boy Scouts of America Aloha Council Chamorro District. The latest one filed by THQ to protect his privacy.

He alleges that when he was ten or eleven years old he was sexually abused by Fr. Louis Brouillard. THQ was an altar boy for the Barrigada Parish and a Boy Scout Applicant during the time of the abuse. He was sexually abused on church grounds and at Boy Scout outings.

THQ alleges Archdiocese leadership and the Boy Scouts new about the abuse but did nothing about it.

Nearly 180 cases of child sexual abuse cases perpetrated by local clergy have been filed to date.
