Again, Sexual Abuse: Kcym Diocese Coordinator Arrested

Not long after the news of Fr Robin Wadakkumchery sending shock waves across the State, another startling news emerged from Manathavady diocese on Wednesday evening – a minor girl from Panmaram in Wayanad was allegedly abused and impregnated by Kerala Catholic Youth Movement (KCYM) diocese coordinator.

Based on a complaint, police took KCYM coordinator Sijo George into police custody. “The victim delivered a baby three months ago and the new born is now in a Kozhikode Orphanage,” the police said.
