The estranged hubby of the pastry-porn seductress who’s embroiled in a Greek Orthodox Church scandal poured his heart out to The Post, describing in an impassioned statement how the kinky priest relentlessly pursued his wife, who eventually fell victim to the holy man’s overtures.

The priest, George Passias, and parish school principal Ethel Bouzalas carried on a tawdry affair fueled by their shared interest in the fetish of “cake crushing” or “cake sitting.”

In a long statement to The Post, Tom Bouzalas outlined the relationship between his wife and Passias, took shots at the holy man–and insisted he still loves his wife.

On blowing the whistle on them: “Yes, I did email Bishop Andonios of Phasiane and informed him of an affair between Father George Passias and my wife. In that same email I Informed the Bishop that I wanted Father George removed from the priesthood. It is also true that I received videos and pictures via email. There were other forces at work all taking place at the same time.”
Said the priest is into weirder fetishes than than cake-crushing and feet: “I have sat by and watched everything printed and said but does anyone know what type of man Father George Passias really is. Does anyone know that he has a serious paraphylia problem which more than just a cake or foot fetish.”
Claimed the priest was always pursuing Ethel: “What priest flies from Fort Myers, Florida just to stop by and say hello? ( He did just to see my wife) What priest sits outside my house for hours waiting for my wife to get home? Father George did. What priest talks badly about his wife to me and says what a terrible wife and disciplinarian she is, where even his youngest daughter had to lock herself in the bathroom until Father George would get home? Father George Passias.”

He continued: “What priest constantly texts my wife at all hours of the night? Father George Passias did. What priest constantly texts my wife during vacation? Father George Passias did. What priest manhandles and bruises my wife? Father George Passias did. What priest picks up my wife everyday and wouldn’t hear of her driving herself? Father George Passias did. What priest everyday stays out of his house till late at night to be with my wife? Father George Passias did.”

Said kinky fetish videos don’t paint a complete picture of his estranged wife: “I never wanted to believe what was taking place. I believed my wife to be safe. I was wrong. My wife and I have been estranged for the past 17 years so to use the word cheating would be inaccurate. What people saw in pictures and on the video tape is not representative of her but of Father George and his obsession with my wife, who fell victim to” Passias.
Said Ethel is a hottie: “I’ve read Ethel described as a pretty little Peruvian. Well according to Father George he would call her a Peruvian Princess and Empress. ( Right in front of me) Ethel is neither one nor the other. Ethel is a beautiful Peruvian woman whom any man would be lucky to possess. Ethel is passionate, warm, gentle, understanding and an extremely insecure individual for such a beautiful woman. Father is an older man who knew better but never let anything deter him in his pursuit of my wife.”
He continued: “It is Father George who wanted to baptize my wife. It is Father George who wanted my wife to take the principleship (sic) of the Parochial school so that there would be a reason to work next to her with him as headmaster. It was Father George who wanted her to join the Parish Council. It is Father George who wanted her placed in any position of prominence in the church and Father George would always get his way.”
He said Passis became jealous when Ethel help him with medical care: “Father George did not brainwash my wife. He mind f–ked her and she in her kindness and innocence believed him. She took care of everything for him. His appointments, schedule, treasury etc….. Unfortunately for Father George he got caught. This summer I became gravely ill and was hospitalized since the end of June. She fell victim to Father George and his sickness. He made sure to isolate her and put things in her mind because he liked it like that and he liked to control her.
He continued: “Father George became crazy with jealousy with the fact that my wife was tending to me. Although my wife and I are estranged, the one thing we are is best friends. And my best friend made sure to take care of me. I coded for 5 minutes this summer and it was my best friend who made sure I received the best care and was attended to by the best doctors.”
– Credited Ethel for her work at the school: “The press makes her out to be this insignificant human being. Well, let me tell you what Ethel Bouzalas accomplished and did. That pretty little Peruvian took that school and along with my money and financial support brought it into the 21st century. Did anyone know that the textbooks they had 9 years ago was from the year 1969. Did you know that they had hardly any classroom furniture. The school was a baby sitting center for most of the kids going there. My wife turned it all around. It is inaccurate to say that my wife is not educated because she is. She was a good administrator and budgeted very well for a school that was always under because a program that the school housed.”
– His wife was “taken advantage of” by the priest, wrote Bouzalas: “As far as I am concerned, he is not a priest but a man who suffers from deviant behaviors. He used his charismatic nature to take advantage of my wife and his spiritual children and their monies and talents. He is nothing but a coward who has more than likely lied to his wife and children regarding his relationship with my wife. I don’t gamble but I bet he lied to his family and portrayed my wife as someone who was after him. I’ve had enough time to put my thoughts together regarding Father George and his actions. I do not hold the entire church responsible for what has happened. Father was a perfect deceiver.”
Through it all he still loves Ethel: “I Thank God everyday for the 3 beautiful sons I have with Ethel ( who by the way is an awesome mother). Finally, I thank God for allowing me to meet a beautiful Peruvian girl named Ethel and be married to her if even for just a short time. Let me be clear. Ethel is and will always be a best friend to me.”
