Some in Ferguson the other night might have spotted a black Kenworth truck speeding to the scene of the shootings of two police officers. The vehicle was loaded with chaplains and a collapsible conference room table. It is one of Christian Evangelist Billy Graham’s Rapid Response Team and the chaplains are trained to help people cope with everything from tornadoes to mass shootings. . .Rumor has it that William C. Holmes, the Waterloo man who admitted setting fire to playground equipment in Brinktop Park in Shrewsbury park, is studying for the priesthood at Kenrick Seminary. The Belleville Catholic diocesan website lists a William Holmes as being in his fourth year of study.
