John Balyo's federal sentencing on a host of child porn activities has been pushed back from Wednesday to next week. Federal prosecutors are recommending he get at least 50 years. Even more disturbing information was contained in a federal memo. It side among the things investigators found in his storage locker were an “anatomically-correct male child-sized mannequin” It was fit with a a blond wig, and he kept it tied up inside a dog crate. The memo also said he kept newspaper clippings about children who had been kidnapped, killed and sexually abused. There were even children’s obituaries.
