It’s not Roman Catholic Church anymore. Pope Francis Bishop of Rome “is not a public official” with duties of "public service”: says Italian church norms
One of the reasons why the Catholic Church must be called Vatican Catholic Church is that Catholics owe their allegiance to the Pope and to the Vatican “country”. Catholics have no loyalty to Rome or Italy whatsoever. Catholics are not Romans. Catholics are Vaticanites (rhymes like Canaanites)
The old tradition of saying Roman Catholic Church is obsolete, false, and not based on truth of today. To keep saying Roman Catholic Church is to steal the identity of the people of Rome.
We have been saying that Rome is a secular city where the pope has no power whatsoever. And today, the Italian bishops conference who published the new first Italian church norms - confirmed our reasons. It says that bishops "are exonerated" from releasing to the state documents in their possession about sexual abuse because a bishop is not a public official and is not charged with duties of "public service, he does not have the juridical obligation -- save for a moral duty to contribute to the common good -- to report to civil judicial authorities news he has received concerning illicit matters" of sex abuse. (That phrase of “save for a moral duty to contribute to the common good” is applicable to all persons be they citizens of Rome or not).
Pope Francis likes to point out that he is the Bishop of Rome. Therefore, he is a member of the Italian bishops conference and today they’ve come out together with the clever way to justify why they should cover-up more pedophile priests – despite the historical bestial JP2 army – John Paul II Pedophile Priests Army in the 20 th century worldwide and almost 3 billion dollars payout by the bishops conference to thousands of victims in the USA. The Vatican never learns, or refuses to learn from the lessons of its Pope Crimes & Vatican Evils. Obsolete Catholic Traditions must be demolished
Some Catholic Traditions are like old architectural buildings that can no longer be inhabitable. No matter how beautiful it was, if it couldn’t withstand the test of time and the harsh realities of the elements has corrode it, or if God has destroyed and punished it for its sins/crimes like the blood poured in the Gladiators and animals favorite spectacle of Romans past at the Roman Coliseum.
Some architectural buildings are totally demolished. Likewise some Catholic traditions should be totally demolished because they are not usable for the people. They can be photographed before demolition for memories sake but they can no longer be standing occupying precious real estate.
There are some traditions based on past uncivilized mores and lunatic religious beliefs - but which in the present are no longer relevant or are an outright violation to human rights or are pathological lies, these traditions must be stop and ceased.
For example, in African, vaginal mutilation was a tradition but today that is violation of women’s rights and is brutal mutilation of their body and destruction of their God-given feminine nature.
In the 20th century there were two interrelated phenomenon - the cloning of Dolly the Sheep and the JP2 Army – John Paul II Pedophile Priests Army named aptly the pope who reigned the longest for 27 years who said and did nothing to save and protect children from thousands of bestial pedophile priests in Vatican Catholic churches worldwide. These are interrelated because Dolly proved that John Paul II and all popes, cardinals, bishops and priests cannot clone oa sheep and therefore they cannot clone Jesus Christ either – especially with their bestial criminal hands and minds.

The Vatican is the worst thief on the planet – it not only steals billions of dollars- but it also steals nation’s identities and people’s titles. The title Holy Father or Father must be abolished from all popes and priests.
