A defense lawyer says a Memphis pastor is pleading guilty to sexual battery of a teenage girl and his church will shut down.

Horne says Bryant is pleading guilty to sexual battery by an authority figure and the sentence will be six years.

According to a court document, Bryant had been accused of touching a 16-year-old girl inappropriately for the past two years.

Horne says Hour of Restoration COGIC, which has 27 members, will close as of Dec. 31.
