Man Charged with Raping 13-Year-Old in Church

A man accused of raping a 13-year old girl at a church and in his home answered to rape and sex abuse charges on Monday.



According to police reports, 26-year old Rafael Ardon admitted to having sexual contact with the girl. 



Police say Ardon was a member of the church where the reported sexual assault happened, and had frequent contact with kids outside of church hours. 



Ardon is in jail on a 10-thousand dollar bond.
