LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A former pastor charged with sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy returns to court.

Prosecutors say Isrom Johnson abused the child on three separate occasions.

Johnson was the victim's pastor at Prince of Peace Church in New Albany, but the alleged crimes happened in Jefferson County, Kentucky.

During the hearing, Charles Hagan, Johnson's new attorney said he hasn't seen the evidence. Hagan and Johnson's former attorney have pointed fingers over whose hands that file is in now.

The judge set a new date of October 30 for them to have it sorted out by then.
