Human sexuality is a complex interaction of human biology, environment and initial development of sexual preferences. Prof. John Money's concept of sexuoerotic orientation and the philosophical analysis (sexoscopy) did emphasize the need for the right environment apart from normal physiology to build the right attitude towards sex and sexuality.
Sexual offenders and people with aberrant sexual behaviors lack proper sexuoerotic orientation and education. To avoid sexual abuse, proper sex education needs to be imparted to growing adolescents and even adults. Sex education considered as a taboo has not caught the attention of common man for the need to have and impart factual information to the children and adolescents. Human sexuality has and requires total development of biological sex along with psychosocial development and a balanced sexuoerotic orientation. The most vital aspect is to educate the children with proper knowledge and to develop the skill to say no to prevent them from being sexually abused.
