Local Priest in Court

A former priest in the Chatham and Windsor region is set to appear in court on March 6th. 86-year-old Linus Bastien is facing four counts of indecent assault. A publication ban is in place. Bastien was a priest for 40 years at 10 area parishes within the London Diocese. He has been charged multiple times with sexually related offences. He was arrested at his Chatham retirement home in November.
