Richard Suttle CMF, although the diocese had issued a community notification about him, stating on December 18, 2010, that the Claretian order had found an allegation of abuse committed in the Diocese of Phoenix to be credible. The diocese had previously done its own investigation and sent the results to the Claretians. The Phoenix notification is apparently no longer on the diocesan website.
